To get this look, Start by foundation and powder on your lips to make sure it’s nice and Matt looking, apply a nude or pinkish liner that is subtle but will give you a good pretty outline you can use liner in 3c
TIP if you have naturally smaller lips either top or bottom exaggerate your liner to give you a more defined lip pie and also if your top lip is smaller than outline it to make it as big as your bottom or viseversa
Then apply the entire liner and fill in the rest of your lips, if you choose to want a more Matt lip you can stop here and find a similar tone lipstick or keep. If you want more keep going by applying a shimmer lipstick on top, you can use “pink power” lip palette as it has a great glow to it. Finally add a bit of lip treatment it comes in a small container and it give my lips a smooth finish it’s also beautiful for extra shine!
